Interested in Computer Science? Year after year, computer and information system related jobs have consistently ranked among the highest paying positions available to college graduates. Careers in fields such as computer science, computer engineering, and information sciences have continuously ranked among the highest paying jobs available today, and despite the turbulence present in today's economy, thousands of high paying job openings in computer related fields are becoming available every single year.

The Department of Computer Science at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts will prepare you to enter this high paying and exciting field. We offer students a well rounded education concentrating on topics such as C++/Java programming, web design, Visual Basic, server-side web programming, and software design. Our graduates have found employment with successful companies such as General Dynamics and Dion Money Management, Inc. Others have successfully applied to top graduate schools across the nation.

Our department is always looking for new applicants, as well as students who wish to transfer here from other institutions. Many students have transferred to the Department of Computer Science from two-year community colleges and were pleasantly surprised by small class sizes, competitive costs, and a friendly, productive atmosphere.
